7 Days Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.
- Please note that our official timings are from 11:00 am (morning) to 03:00 pm (evening), If you need to exchange or want a refund, just fill in the below-provided form.
- There will not be any returns, exchanges and refunds if you do not like the product. There must be an issue (SIZE, TORN-OFFS, DAMAGES) in the product, which must be discussed on the call. In case of a size issue, the size will be checked again once we receive the item back and if we did any mistake and sent you the wrong size then we will pay for delivery charges on both ends else you will pay delivery charges of both the ends.
- The returning product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is used then please inform us on call first. Roughly Used Items Are Not Applicable for Any Exchange and Refund.
- Although the delivery is free in every city of Pakistan but the Delivery charges will be applied to the Exchange and will be deducted from the Refunding amount (-300 Rupees). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and service will be deducted from your refund (-300 Rupees).
- We recommend Pakistan Post Office, Urgent Mail Service for returning your product back to us for the refund.
- Exchange and Refund procedure will at least take 7 Days.
- You will be needed to provide your account number for the refund of your amount through IBFT. If you wish to get the amount via Easypaisa or Jazzcash then 100 rupees will be deducted from the refunding amount if the customer does not have a personal Easypaisa or Jazzcash account.
