Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

● Please note that our official timings are from 11:00am(morning) to 03:00pm(evening) MONDAY TO SATURDAY, If you need to exchange or want a refund, just fill in the form You Received Within the Consignment, re-pack & courier back to us Via PAKISTAN POST OFFICE or (CALL / WHATSAPP 03361029923, 03412659521) (11:00am - 03:00pm MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
● The Vendor Address is given at the end of the Warranty Form.
● There will not be any returns, exchanges & refunds if you do not like the product. There must be an issue (SIZE, TORN-OFFS OR DAMAGES) in the product, which must be discussed on the call. In case of a size issue, the size will be checked again once we receive the item back.
● The returning product must be unused & in the same condition that you received it. Used items will not be accepted.
● Although the delivery is free in every city of Pakistan, the Delivery charges will be applied to the Exchange & will be deducted from the Refunding amount (-350 Rupees). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping & service will be
deducted from your refund (-350 Rupees).
● We recommend Pakistan Post Office's Urgent Mail Service for returning your product back to us for the refund. Exchange & Refund procedure will take at least 7 Days.
● You will be needed to provide your account number for the refund of your amount through IBFT. If you wish to get the \amount via Easypaisa or Jazzcash then 100 rupees will be deducted from the refund amount if the customer does not have a personal Easypaisa or Jazzcash account.
