Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • 7 Days Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.
  • If you need to exchange or want a refund, just fill in the below-provided form and and you will be contacted by our service provider on your provided email.
  • There will not be any returns, exchanges and refunds if you do not like the product. There must be an issue in the product to be eligible for the return, exchange, and refund which must be shown in the photos in the email.
  • The Slip of Order Provided on The Flyer (packaging) Is Also the Warranty Slip. It Must Be Kept Safe and Must Be Provided with The Returning Item to Claim the Warranty of Seven Days.
  • In case of a size issue, the size tag photo must be provided so that we may check that the issue is from our side or not.
  • The returning Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Delivery charges will be applied to the Exchange and Refund.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Products of Condition below 8/10 will only be eligible for an Exchange and No Refund will be applied.
  • Exchange and Refund procedure will at least take 7 Days.
  • You will be needed to provide your Account number for the refund of your amount through IBFT.
